I'm in a miserable stage now, packed all my possession in a CNR for ratting, then gruelingly dragged the sucker to null sec, and now i'm being haunted by a guy in an Anathema, he just stay in the system, cloaked (afk nor not no eye deer) , probe ready whenever i decloak, and he said he has alts so i'm the only one whose day(s) ruined.
Well, i heard that null sec is lawless and CNR is a pirate magnet so i did my best to evade pirate, gate camp, roamers, ect, but isn't this a little extreme, they track me and hunt me down wherever i log in and stay, even though they could not get anything from me nor like i would do any harm to them, they did a good job of ruining my game though. Why must people be so sadist, isn't there a lot more interesting thing for them to do than stalling with me all day?
I think this is kind of personal, i'm not sure how did i pis sed him off, but i dont think he has enough alts to stall everyone who infiltrates null sec his territory nor there is insufficient amount of prey for him to feed on.
Then he offered me 200 mil renting for 1 and a half month period, but the deal is only between me and his corp, not his alliance or others, and i'm not sure they would honor the deal either, i am the one at the risk, it's like they would return the money, that also lower down my vigilance against false safety, i would probably end up bankrupt if the CNR got blown up, not being able to anything else (quitting eve perhaps, no stuff for you).
The deal is also like a weight, i tend to take break from eve for a period then resume playing, depend on my mood. The thing is i will have to grind like a cow (not cult of war) to pay for the due and i already have to buy PLEX each month, i just wonder whether i should exchange my freedom for safety and convinience (or actually inconvienience of grinding) or lose them both ?
Can someone give me a good advice or an alternative way to get out of this (not leaving the null sec one)? Once again no stuff for you.

Even if you're in high sec I would strongly advise against flying what you can't afford to lose.

Why not get a jumpclone and jump about 40-50 jumps away each day when he catches up to you, or holla back to empire, let him deck you and stay cloaked in a safe for a week. Once he starts wasting money on you, he'll stop.
Better yet, stop flying ships with "shoot me" signs attached to them.
Sell your char for a few billion and buy another one, he'll never find out who you are.
Or my personal fav, hire someone to bug him, the same way he bugs you.
I only wanted to type in 1 suggestion, but there are so many ways to deal with this it's not even a real issue. Think about things for like 15 seconds, just think and I'm sure a decent answer will fly into your mind.

First mistake, leaving high sec in a ship you don't want to lose.
Second mistake, leaving empire in a ship you don't want to lose.
Third mistake, allowing this guy to find you in a ship you don't want to lose.
Now, how you can correct these mistakes...you're not going to get off scott-free with no inconvience.
Options:
1. Dock up, leave your stuff and jump clone out of the area or self destruct your pod, go play around somewhere else for a month then come back and get your stuff right after downtime, and don't come back with that stuff to null sec until you are prepared to replace it.
2. Warp to a safe, start a long skill training, stop playing for a week. Log in right after downtime and see if you can't scurry out of the system back to empire.
3. Take the guy on and probably die, but go out in a blaze of glory giving him the big fat finger as you die. (figuratively, don't bother smacking him, it's lame)
4. Hire some mercs to come get you out. You may end up losing your ship to the mercs anyways though...just make sure you get a reputable corp to help you if you're going to go that route. It will not be cheap, and they'll probably laugh at you a lot if they don't blow you up.
5. Roll and alt, get him trained up for battleships, fly a regular raven out there and occupy his time probing that guy down while you warp him repeatedly from safe to safe. Log in and the system while he's trying to kill your alt (requires second account). May or may not work, and will take you some training time on an alt.
Whatever you do, don't pay him, he's just going to blow you up anyways. You didn't **** him off, he's just loving your tears and doing it for the lulz (aside from possibly getting a good drop if he catches you). People actively hunt down people in ffa zones...that's just how it is in a PvP game. You need to get used to that fact or quit playing EVE. If you are unwilling or unable to take this guy on, you are not going to last very long in 0.0 or lowsec, so leaving is your only option. If you have the balls to take him on, then by all means do it, and don't cry when you die. Smack and whining is just pitiful honestly. Either take your loss like a man, or just stop playing.
Don't go to null sec in a ship you don't want to lose period. You WILL get popped. If you're going to fly any faction ship anywhere be prepared to have some problems, even in high sec, don't kid yourself and think you're going to be safe anywhere, especially in places where there is no concord to back you up.
I personally think you just just pew-pew your way out. If you fail, then **** it, go back to high sec and **** around until you think you can handle this type of situation again. In the end it's just pixels on a screen, so what if your CNR gets popped? Get yourself another one, but don't fly it until you think you can replace it without much hassle, period.

Just because i knew a popular phrase like that and from some kind of relevance you conclude that what i said is false, i cant find any sense from it. But i'm not looking for you to confirm whether it is true, what i said is that i am so poor that if i got my CNR blown up i would not have anything left, is that too complicated to explain? I just want to know a better light to head on.
About your advice, i would say i am kind of a poor creature, i cant dock up anywhere, no station. I cant live in empire because i dont really know how live there, sigh  , the only place i could feel like playing for the time being is null sec, cant betray my feeling, sniff*, not empire, not low sec.
I still not lose my ship just yet, just that now i cant even advance.
I just wonder, there was alot of people ratting like me, but none of them is stalled like me, or perhaps was i too unlucky to be an example? He flies an Anathema, so he is the person who pick the attack, not me, cant get rid of him, dont really know if a CNR could take down an Anathema fast enough.
I just want to have fun with a CNR, i just love it, is it too bad about it rather than giving people grievance ?

Heres some nice tips to stopping this.
Tip 1. Stop ninja ratting and join a decent or even half decent 0.0 alliance that will accept a worthless ratter like yourself that reaps the benefits of everyones hard work.
Tip 2. Stop ratting and get a pvp ship to kill him. A t1 frig costs less then 1 bs rat and can easily kill the anathema before his friends/alts come to save him. Also if you do this then they will be less likely to mess with you again.
Tip 3. Get a regular raven like all the macros and use that instead of a cnr. Also if your feeling brave you can combine this with tip 2 and instapop the anathema while aligning to something and gtfo once he is dead. Of course this could go bad for you but hey its just a raven and you do nothing but make isk so it isn't a big deal amirite? Plus again this would make them less likely to mess with you again.
Finally I would like to say thank you for myself and the entire C&P community. Your tears fuel our ships. Don't fly safe either I want to pop your ass.

good try but yet again you have failed by both replying to what i said in my second post, yet bypassing all the other subtle trolls within your thread that you wouldnt know about unless you spent some time on here (even the what is a CNR would have provoked a responce from someone who was truely a noob but you cared not), and also the timing of your replies is all off, someone at wits end would be f5'ing hoping for help and pleading against the trolls yet you have shown no interest until called out based on one of your errors. its a well characterised piece you have put together but its the subtleties that make it truely believeable so i call you a lier sir in the manor of both tim roth and peter falk in their respective acting roles.

also for a future reference carebear is a slight on those who like things as risk free and easy as possible. so is generally reserved for those who wish to use it either in a derogatory way against others or those who use it as a form of self deprication in order to break the ice as it were and punctuate a post with a bit of humour, lessing the flames intensity. as your post contained no form of self deprication (attempting to appear completely naive is not self deprecation unless you also demean yourself in the same breath), yet using carebear in the title indicates that you were trying to titilate the c&p bunch into your thread. also no one would use the term unless they were aware of the risk or lack therof of being in or out of the safer high sec space and so would inturn would know the dangers of leaving high sec and venturing beyond its borders, thus if you are aware of the term you are aware of the dangers that permeate not being a carebear and would have in turn not landed a faction ship in 0.0. you can claim the term was learned through other games but to know the term is applicable in this game you'd still have to be aware of the aforementioned things, so your tale is permiated with hiccups. try working on your language and characterization for your next troll topic as we all like a good read.
edit: typing on a laptop with the touchpad has its hiccups also.

2. See if they honour the deal. If the deal is real, then 200m ISK for 45 days is nothing. You can easily override that amount.
3. Dock, put the stuff on market/contract, and run back to empire.
4. Log in straight after DT, then run a couple of jumps or more, and start ratting.

my words were in no way self contradictory, if you found them to be i would appreciate you pointing out the parts that were. nor were they abstract, they simply picked at the nuances of the language and actions you have taken in this thread and have proposed a logical (albeit skeptical) breakdown of them, thus revealing them to be hiccups of a troll. on both occasions you havent picked out a single part of what i have said and challanged it, you have rather waffled incoherently about me trolling you. so i put it to you that you havent because you cant think of a way to counter argue my points, thus leading me to believe still, that what i say is the truth, and that you sir are a liar.

Obviously you need to fit warp core stablisers, then even if he does find you - GTFO is still an option.
To be truely safe you should fill all your low slots with them.

Anyways, Just get out. One minute before DT warp to the gate, jump thru then wait for the DT to save you from the gate camp thats probably not there. Right after DT, log on and make a few jumps as long as the systems are clear until you go in a system with someone, then log off till one minute before DT. Do this until you are in a 1.0 system.
