All races have their advantages and disadvantages. Which trade-off appeals the most to you, we can hardly say unless you give us some clues. -- EVE is about balls, brains, and paranoia. SP comes in a distant fourth place.

Posted - 2009.08.18 22:22:00 - [5] you wouldnt go badly with any of them to be honest, gallente have a great - regearded by most as the best - t3 but only 1 real good (but its really very good) hac -the ishtar- the recons arnt particularly special but very usefull is some situations. minmitars t3 the loki, is pretty insane. minmitar have the worst sniping hac bar ballente (lol deimos?)but one of the best solo hacs (the vagabond) i would say that minnie cruiser 5 is worth it just for the vaga, alternitivly the stabber fleet issue is great too, recon-wise there gereally underpowerd atm compared to how the used to be but still a great laugh caldari have a great t3 and very good t2, the only thing id say is the eagle isnt a great blaster boat but its good enough a sniper to make up for it. also caldari have arguably the best fleet recon in the game, the falcon amarr t3 is considerd the worst but people are idiots, zealots a great- if not the best sniper hac its also an amzing pulse boat although rather a one trick pony, the sacrelidge is pretty sp intensive for what is mainly a gun race but well worth the effort, it is the **** (used to be cooler when it went 10 kms), curse and plgrim are the best solo recons by a long way, and the curse especially is a very fun ship i hope this confused you more, it comes down to which ones look the coolest obviously Signature graphics that may only contain your character name, corporation logo, corporation or personal slogan or other text that is directly related to your in-game persona, or content directly related to Eve Online. Perhaps sadly, the Ishtar is also the Gal sniperHac. You just never know whether it's fit that way or not. But test it out. Really? It's quite good at this point. Curse, Pilgrim, and Guardian are all well worth it as well and probably the top of their respective classes -- at least in narrowly defined roles. The problem, as it were, with Amarr cruisers is that the T1 lineup is pretty thin. The Arbitrator is fine but beyond that.... Diomidis Amarr Mythos Corp RAZOR Alliance	Posted - 2009.08.19 11:32:00 - [16] Best overall for med T2 is Amarr IMHO (and FOTM): Zealot/Curse are great, Sac Pilgrim speced still okz, Guardian superb for BS RR gangs, Devoter is nice. T3 is good enough (never flown it in TQ). Cruiser V prereq for CSs, which are both nice. Best T2 Roam/shield Gangs: Minmatar...Vaga, Scimi, Rapier, Broadsword...all good ships. Muninn is also nice. Same goes for CSs. T2 Gall are not impressive, yet okz when flown right. All of their T2 are effective one way or another (ok, snipe Deimos is not okz). T2 Caldari are...the Falcon...and the Rook...other HACs are okz...Basilisk is very good if paired. Obviously my least favoured, tho the Falcon is still the strongest Recon in a gang. That'll get you some nice options along the way. yeh thats what i did, never looked back hehe phantasm is pure win, oh and eagle + faction ammo for 115 optimal = twce the traking of the zealot. lowest damage of the sniper hacs (210dps or summin) but it gets a nice utility high and is just insane for killing frigs, it can also swith out to spike and hit at 190 for 199 dps, ive been flying it for a while and love it although i use a zealot for roaming hac gangs more, and yeh ishtar is really nice with t2 sentries and D int 5 Signature graphics that may only contain your character name, corporation logo, corporation or personal slogan or other text that is directly related to your in-game persona, or content directly related to Eve Online. rodensteiner Amarr The Littlest Hobos Ushra'Khan	Posted - 2009.08.19 13:27:00 - [19] Edited by: rodensteiner on 19/08/2009 13:30:00 If you're going to fly HAC's, then go for Minmatar (Vagabond) or Gallente (Ishtar) If you're going to fly Recon's, then go Amarr (Curse/Pilgrim) or Caldari (Falcon/Rook) If you're going to fly HIC's, then I'm not sure, it seems that all 4 races are pretty good with that (Onyx, Broadsword, Phobos, Devoter) edit eh, in retrospect, some of the other ships are good, too. Cerberus is a damn fine ship, Zealot can be very good in the right circumstances, and all of the other HAC's and Recons can be quite good if flown by smart pilots in the proper situations.
