After reading this thread I think CCP absolutely must enable voice communication with the console gamers. I want all you 0.0 Carebears to hear those little 14 year old kids talking **** about you as they wtfpwn your might empire.
I even want them to give the planets defense cannons that can one shot your crap in space. I just want to see you run crying back to high sec space because the game is just too hard now.

To the OP, Get a life, I personally think its a going to be an interesting development, besides YOU DONT KNOW what impact it will have on sov, infact nobody but CCP knows, you dont even know what the winter expansion will do to sov yet so quit b!tching.
Either way its going to make Fanfest an interesting time few days, and i suspect it will be one of the better attended conferences, I really hope they have playable demos.
Consoles are not just owned by ADHD kids, a lot of ADHD (and normal) adults have them too.
As for having the audacity to tell me (and others) what to buy and not to buy, FFS grow up. If you feel so bad quit and take your money elsewhere.

Not really defending the devs here believe it or not. But fact is that information is scarce and people are jumping off cliffs before they put on the parachute just in case they change their minds. This kind of emorage is seen anytime change occurs. I in my own way completely understand why they did this they way they have and can see a lil bit of the thought process. If it works then great and if not great but at least wait to have the whole story first.
