Instead of nerfing pods,make them stronger. How about this: remove noob ships(impairor,etc) from the game entirely, give pods equivalent HP to a noob ship, and the ability to fit 1 T1 wep. if your ship is destroyed, said wep would be automatically affixed to your pod,it would be racial(beam laser for amarr, railgun for gal/cal etc). Slightly nerf pod instawarp to balance this. Noob ships are silly anyway, do away with 'em.
