Nonsense. I don't harass anyone unless they say something rude to me first - much the same way you've been doing. But I shall not stand for it any longer. Consider your manhood officially questioned by me as of this post.
>>Suddenly Nina's (sic) raison d'etre is tacit harassment of mission-runners.
Originally by: Ghengis Tia Now they hide behind the skirts of being "anti-macro/mission farmer" guardian angels of EVE and CCP's bottom line.
Behind the skirts of...an abstract concept? The metaphor doesn't even make sense. Consider your education in literary devices and rhetoric questioned as well.
>>The metaphor makes perfect sense, a simple way of describing your high-minded hypocratic justification of what you do. I think most people find the metaphor completely understandable and clear, even if it doesn't pass the splitting of the hair of a literary device.
Originally by: Ghengis Tia Why don't you fess up to who you really are? Opportunists who'll harass, annoy, and take advantage of other player's efforts no matter who they are, where they are, or when they're online. More or less a hi-sec empire Goonswarm.
Some of us are like that; however, as I counseled someone else not long ago, do not mistake me for someone who's responsible for anyone else's actions. My intentions may not be as pure as the driven snow; but consider: in EVE, with all its many facets, there are really only two things to do: make ISK, and blow up other players. I choose to make ISK (for now). How I go about it is my own business, so long as I'm not cheating per the company's rules. I can only deduce from all the crying that you and your ilk must want me to scam newbies, use baitcans, create deceptive contracts, and so forth to make my ISK. I can assure you, I will never stoop to such tactics. The notion of the noob taking advantage of the older players is a wonderful role-reversal and too intriguing to pass up; a refreshing change from...just about any other MMO, where the converse is pursued mercilessly. If you are tired of being ninja'd, there are games where that activity is punishable.
>>If the two pillars of your Eve understanding is "making Isk" and "blowing up other players" I do pity your shallow comprehension of this game.
Originally by: Ghengis Tia You've banded together to create a force in Eve, I'll give you that. The rest of Eve will have to deal with you, just as they deal with Goonswarm. You're organized, know what you want to do, and go do it. Much like any other corporation, I guess, but with a somewhat darker bent.
Now what kind of attitude is that? "Deal with us"? What fun is merely tolerating our existence, when you can join in our fight to secure New Eden from exploitation by RMT's? I read they're starting to use keyloggers to hack innocent peoples' accounts. And your pants are on fire over ninja salvagers? I suggest a rearrangement of your priorities.
>>I'm not a joiner, been there, done that. As you folks preen and cackle with your cleverness and newfound notoriety, I guess it is to be expected. The person who coined the term "Ninja Salvagers" is a near-genius, I must admit. What a great marketing tool.
