ok I got a problem, here's the deal, I'm -3.33 standing with concord and I keep getting shot at in .5, .6 and .7 space..... what the hell?

What is your standing with the factions governing those systems? a.k.a. was it really concord firing at you?

i gto 2.38 standing with amarr and they say that I'm an enemy of the amarr empire.......

had a word with them to see what the old dealeo was for ya. hate to be the bearer of bad new but they just dont like you! something about cookies promised and not delivered... should have the IEEE look into this me thinks.

Had the same issue. Seems it works something like this.
You got shot by the navy in .9 or something, thus getting an aggression countdown.
Then when you jumped to .7 .6 or .5, you got attacked by the navy because of your countdown.
It's ridiculous, it means that whatever your sec status if it's under -2.0 you can't go anywhere in high-sec, but that's the way it works.

yeah but i waited the countdown out and it still starts again, and in some places they dont shoot at me

warp faster...
...and pay attention where you dock to wear out the timer. Most times the station you dock up at will start shooting you once you undock even after the counter has expired. Not a big deal if you dock up at "Joe-Blows Crab shack of Mission fondue and CB Cookies" but if the station happens to be owned by say the Caldari Navy... well then you might have some issues at their gates as well :)

If Concord was shooting you, you are in trouble cause you didn't die

Wrong... just wrong. If you're only -2.0 you can still go into up to 0.9, now if you get shot by faction police, you will be aggressed to only that faction and only for 15 min. So lesson? Don't go into places you shouldn't, except for ganks  , and you'll be fine. |

Are you talking about your standing with Concord or your security status? Just because you have some social skills that may be raising your Concord standings, that doesn't change your security status.
It sounds to me like you have a low sec status, regardless of what your effective standing with Concord is.
