Well, they have to give us an extra day to our subscription for being offline the whole friggin day.
For the lack of service and the unprofessional work that CCP gives.

Pfft this is silly. We had to wait an added five hours to get onto the game only to be in a **** off long log in queue and then get kicked/crashed off 5 minutes later.

They don't "have" to give you a free day. It has not been offline the whole friggin day.
Its annoying, yes, but nothing more.

lets face it ccp can launch expansions with massive stuff but they carnt launch small patches

My place in the cue has gone from 1142 to 649 in 15 mins, worryingly,at the same time the server population went from 9k to 9.3k before dropping to 8.4k
