Sorry Fad3dlight I did not intend to insult you, but problems on patch day are pretty normal. Unforeseen problems arise as the patch is being applied and they have to be fixed which extends downtime and is inconvenient to both you and CCP. Hmmm youre quick to call me troll. Try again. And no I cant say I have seen this before. I havent plaid eve for more then 3 years, but usually we get some information in a sticky. And well I work in one of norways biggest it companies as a consult, used to work with serversulutions, mostly unix and microsoft. Im sure that CCP has bigger clusters then I can ever imagine but I dont think its much asking for a little information?

Offcourse there is problems patching complex systems, but information is still sought by all the customers? Or atleast alot of them wants information. Its the key to customer service, even if the avarage customers wont comprehend it after they dumbed it down further then "mx for dummies" we still apriciate the effort made by them in customer relations. A good Crm will always pay off. Try sounding less dimm when you call people slow.
