Require some information on -10 status and highsec activities.
I understand that when you get to the respective negative ratio you not meant to go into certain highsec systems.
The question is once you lets say -10 what happens in highsec.
In a pod, players can shoot at you at will, but gate guns / stations will do nothing.
When in a ship. - Players can shoot at you at will - Gate guns / police will shoot at you - Station guns will shoot at you.
CONCORD will not show up unless you do something that would get CONCORD to normally show up, ie: Shoot someone. (Unless they shoot at you first as then you can shoot back)
If you in the middle of space, will the police try and warp to you or look for you.
ie: Once hitting -10, could you still suicide gank people if you just get your stuff out of a orca in space, or once you get into a ship will the system police come looking for you even if you don't go to station or gates ?
(Or do the system police only shoot at you if you go to a gate / station)

Once you go below -5.0 standing with any faction...
- it is "illegal" for you to enter THAT SPECIFIC race's high-sec areas - you are perused by the faction police (who webs and racial Ewar... not sure if they scram) ANYWHERE in system -- if you are in a pod, the above does not apply - players CANNOT randomly shoot you - gate/station guns DO NOT attack you
Once you go below -5.0 security status then...
- it is "illegal" for you to enter ANY race's high-sec areas - you are perused by the faction police (who web, use racial Ewar, and scram) ANYWHERE in system -- if you are in a pod, the above does not apply - players CAN randomly shoot you - gate/station guns DO NOT attack you
If you go GCC (Global Criminal Countdown) then...
- it is "illegal" for you to enter ANY race's high-sec areas - you are perused by the faction police (who web, use racial Ewar, and scram) and CONCORD (who web, use all Ewar, scram, and have doomsday wielding ponies) anywhere in system -- any ship you undock will be "insta-gibbed"... there is no tanking CONCORD -- if you are in a pod, the above does not apply - players CAN randomly shoot you - gate/station guns DO attack you
The only exception to all this is CONCORD-held space. There, CONCORD is the faction police and if your standings are low with them and/or your security status is low, you will be CONCORDed automatically. "Just because I seem like an idiot, doesn't mean I am one." ~Unknown |

if you go to concord sov space as a -5 they turn your ship into an easter egg.
if you go anywhere else the navy gets mad and might try to shot face, but they tend to web before scramming so you can generally get around safely although you have to be mindful of the fact that anyone with fast locking and a scram can ruin your day. Actually GUYS! fawk . . .
If your security status is -4.5 and below you will be shot at in any .5 system and above.
The difference is at -4.99 and above, you are no longer an outlaw meaning the players can no longer shoot you.
-5.0 and below are outlaws and are fair game for everyone, they can shoot you at will - red = dead. -4.99 to -4.50 you are shot at my the systems navy - you are no longer an outlaw, players cannot shoot you. |

Bummping people trying to align while being aggressed by the navy is one of those simple joys, like the smell of flowers or the sound of a child's laughter. |

I was trying to warp to an insta undock (not the crappy moon one either).
Edit: but yes, I had fun bumping an orca that had navy aggression once, the guy sent a hilariously angry mail afterwards which was even more rewarding than the ransom he paid me (I let him go). "Why can't I be different and original, like everybody else?" |

It's been my painful experience that the ones who scram, only scram and don't web >.<
Typically they will scram 3-4 seconds after you drop the gate cloak to try to warp.
Unless I completely imagine it, it seems the Amarr pow pow scram more often than others. - "Do not touch anything unnecessarily. Thanks for the useful information.
One question, how long does it take for the police to arrive.
ie: If you book mark someone while in a pod, do you have enough time to get a ship out an orca in space, as station would shoot at you, then warp and gank someone or are we talking about seconds before police arrive?
Of course once you start shooting someone, concord are going to arrive so then it is over anyway....but was wondering if you have the time to make a hit before the police get there which I understand they will do if you just sitting in space in a ship doing nothing. |

To arrive where? To your ship once you got it from the Orca? Well, I dont know the exact timespan honestly. Also I think you might be overestimating the power of the faction police. The damage they do is pretty tankable if you dont fly very fluffy ships. Also in my experience with them I-Šve never been pointed by, only webbed. I would love someone to confirm that the faction police do point, because when I died to them it was beacuse a WT pointed med and let the police web and dps. |

my main was undocking in a tempest by the time it took the shield tanked pest to align the police had spawned and I was unable to warp. When I clicked warp, I got the usual external blah blah blah are preventing you from warping. When I looked at the overview, sure enough I was scramed and unable to warp. I had to re-dock. My main's security status at that point was -4.61 he was not red but an enemy to the faction, the system was a .5 security system, this all happened in amarr space.
His persona standings towards the amarr empire (cant remember the name right now) is actually on the positive side. But apparently your security status is more important than your faction standings. |

You have time to get into a ship from an orca and warp somewhere and start shooting them, yeah, random npc-corp blackbird on grid could ECM **** you even before concord gets there though. |

So what your saying is that the faction police will act differently against an enemy of the faction then an outlaw? I-Šve been bumming around in amarr highsec while I was active in the minmatar militia and never had a police other then concord scramming me. |

ALL FACTION police can scram. Whether this is low standings, or sec status.
I even went as far as getting a GM to confirm this, after reading enough herp-derp on here about "they don't scram, just web!"
There's a chance for both. - "Do not touch anything unnecessarily. The bigger the ship - the slower to align and warp off. The more time you spend sitting there (aligning) the more e-war the police can put on you, making life or moving around a bit challenging.
