I am caldari. My friend Bird7 is gallante.
We both did lvl 4 Pirate Invasion. Me sancha, him angel.
my rewards..741000, loyalty 3429, bonus 665000.
he had 1040000, 4932 and 1220000.
both of us have agents 18.
me 9.9 him 9.1
me command him intel.
my socials are lvl 4, his lvl 3.
I need to understand why he gets so much more rewards and loyalty points than me.......this seems very unfair. Please i'm not interested in some generic reply. I would like someone to actually investigate this issue and give me a satisfying answer.

You forgot to mention the system security level for each of you. That's a critical component in establishing mission rewards.

I was specific. I said system security. That's the system security you see when you look at the system you're in. It's a number that gets displayed from 0.0 to 1.0.

You are running L4s and you dont' know what the security status of a system is? You think the difference between 1,040,000 and 1,220,000 is big? I'm detecting an ebay character here.

are you dense ? or dont you read ? hes wondering why hes not getting the 1.24. and 1.04 bonus and reward not complain about those two differences . and hes wondering why hes not getting the same LP as his buddy . and i can confirm that is not a ebay toon ive helped him from day one with a few other friends .

I honestly don't understand people who come in here and expect someone to give them the exact specific answer they're looking for like the rest of us are all mind readers.
SYSTEM security. If your character is able to do level 4 missions, and you don't know what SYSTEM SECURITY is, don't cry to us that you don't understand anything else about the game.

While I wait for you to tell us the difference in system security between you and your friend, something else that's an issue is that they're different missions. Just because the mission is called the same, the fact that they're against different races makes them different missions. Mission rewards are also dynamically adjusted based on how fast people complete each mission, so it's perhaps possible that the Angel version of the mission is actually more difficult (i.e. takes longer to complete on average).
It also matters which 'socials' you're talking about when you sa yours are at 4 and his at 3. It's possible he has social skills that you don't have which improve his rewards, so it would help if you listed all the social skills you each have.

Actually, I wasn't crying to you.....I just think there is some discrepancy as to the rewards. Yes there are differences..yes we are different races, but the difference seems to be so big..........

OK, well that's not a huge difference, and it favors you getting somewhat higher rewards. It comes down to the fact that they're different missions against different races, so you can't compare them one-to-one. You should be comparing Pirate Invasion against someone else who runs it against Sansha. Here are my rewards for the Sansha version of the mission, running it out of a 0.5 system:
Reward: 821k
Bonus: 850k
LP: 4251
Very similar to your numbers.

The reason for the difference seams plain to me.
While both missions have similar names, they are diferent missions.
If the completion times were the same, were same social skills, same system levels, same ql agents then the rewards would be the same.
The biggest difference was probably the Sansha mission has a much shorter completion time to get the bonus, hence lower reward to reflect this.

Just incase you didnt know.
Military & Political Connections will effect LP gains for Command agents, whereas High Tech and Mill effect Intel agents.
Social only effects the standing gains.
Negotiation effects mission ISK payout.
Did you look into that for the possible reason, despite them being 2 different missions?
