Hi, all this information is on the website under the rules menu(Which are common for all lottos hosted (ingame or on my website) or run by me).
-There shall be a set time for each lottery.
-There shall overtime if the minimum ticket amount is not reached. Overtime can be no longer than 7 days, and as soon as the minimum ticket is reached during overtime the lottery ends.

The rules on the website have been edited and are now easier to understand :)
Most of the rules are common to my lottos and F9s, I have made the ones that are different obvious.
Thanks for all your suggestions and keep them coming and you can post them in the "SOE LOTTERY" mailing list if you want faster replies as I'm busy at work at the moment and others can answer for me.

Hi Korin - this is to make sure you put in the right name, although with FX9 it is not so much of an issue, it makes sure people don't get scammed.
ie.
 SHIPSOFEVE and SHIPS0FEVE look very similar ingame, but in fact only the first is correct.
shipsofeve and ships0feve (with a zero)
I will change it for fx9 as there is no other combination :)

i did a char search fx9 lower case and FX9 comes up no lower case char do i transfer funds to the FX9 char for this?

I fixed it on the front page. Sorry for any confusion. There were people scamming the shipsofeve character, with zeros and D's instead of O's, so by typing it in in lowercase it would mean u couldnt send isk to the wrong person. However, i can't see any combination of letters that would look like FX9 so it is redundant for this lotto.

I don't believe F9s stated he was neutral anywhere, and hes still signed up as the 3rd party for all my SOE events.

Hey! :) If you look on the site under the HELP! menu (Top right) you can find out how to check why your ticket isnt coming up. Its probably because you are checking in game, and you've rendered your ticket out both times after the purchase.
Why? Its the IGB, if two files have the same name, it will always show the first one :| Don't ask me why :)

But the person hired to take the State ships was trusted to get them to high sec, then stole them. That person was trusted, key word here. Then that person trusted another person to hold it who in turn stole it. Suprise! This is EVE. You can't trust anybody but Chribba and thats at least under turrent tracking at maximum thrust.

Hey, the current IGB has issues with caching, and will only show ingame the first version of a file with exactly the same name. Check your tickets out of game if you don't see your tickets ingame.
