so basically, I start the client from the applications folder, login my main, cmd+enter to enter windowed mode, then open up a console and run: $ /Applications/EVE\ Online.app/Contents/MacOS/cider and put that into windowed mode. to simplify things, client1 is my main that I started first, client2 is my alt that I started second and from console. (It doesn't matter if I open up client1 from the applications folder or console, same problem)
Now the problem is when I have client2 as the client with focus everything works fine, but when I cmd+tab back to client1 I can type in whatever box last had focus, but if I click somewhere on the screen, such as to undock or spin the ship in station, instead of doing that in client1 the click falls through to client2, or the client without focus.
Anyone else having this problem?

Mac OS X has issues running the same EVE executable twice, and that's besides the fact that under normal circumstances it won't let you even do it. I would try copying the client (and even better, giving the copy its own preference folder!) and see what you get. If that works for you, then there are ways to keep a second copy without the need for the redundant client data. ---- FREE Explorer Lead Megalomanic EVE Null-Sec Player Influence Map http://dl1.eve-files.com/media/corp/Veritefw/FWinf |

After the update my second client refused to start up. When I deleted the second client and copied my first client, giving the second one it's own prefs dir (the old one) it started up. Was ready to take my hulk out (main char, client1 that is) so switched to client 1 and it was frozen altogether. So force quit it is. After that I started client 1 again and logged in, and my second account was frozen.
Downloading full game now, doing a full reinstall so I can start over and get 2 clients up and running again, playing with 1 char isn't an option atm

I ran 2 clients today each of a separate client Client A and Client B. At some point switching from Client A to client B, client B became unresponsive. Changing window mode forth and back it looked like 'B' became responsive again but I was only spinning my ship in station in client A from within client B. After that it became unresponsive again only a reboot fixed it.
Another new thing is that the position my cursor was in the moment it left (for example) client A is now remembered. So when I switch back from 'B' to 'A' my mouse makes sometimes a really odd jump. Can be lived with though.
What really annoys the heck out of me is that I'm now fighting with the resize handle on windows. I get 'glued' to it and need many many clicks, r-click / l-click, to get my cursor unstuck from the resize thingy.

Full install makes it work like a charm again, no issues whatsoever relater to the two clients. I do, however, have a major FPS drop when running 2 clients in high quality mode, while this was not the case before. I don't really care since my alt only hauls, so I've tuned the quality down big time and it still looks pretty ok.
Another thing which annoys me is resizing windows ingame. There seems to be a specific point where you have to click to fix the window on that size. If you click in another spot the doublesided arrow will not go away, but that's not related to this :P
