Hawk's training to date has focused on preparing his support skills and industry skills to near-perfection, to allow total freedom in choosing a path from that point. With the simplest of training, he can be ready for invention, manufacturing, nearly any t2 ship once a race is decided upon, including added perks such as readiness for both shield and armor tanking, Cybernetics V, nearly all essential support skills to V, as well as readiness to fly with t2 scout drones.
Of note, AWU will be to III, and Evasive Maneuvering to V at time of sale, leaving this character with quite nearly every support skill for T2 ships. (Noticable absences include interdictors and command ships, both of which are next on my list, but likely will not be completed).
No assets of worth will be left with the character, and it will include a set of +3 implants (As well as one +4 charisma implant). In short, this character is an excellent foundation, with many essential skills you -will- have to train at some point in any character's life already completed, leaving it up to you to train race and weapon as you desire.
Starting Bid and Reserve: 2.6B
Buyout: will not be offered, until the auction is nearing it's end, unless the price truly astounds me. 5B would be enough to get it right now, if you're that eager for the character!
Minimum bid increment: 100M ISK
Auction end: 5 days from the time of the first bid
Sniper rule: 24 hours. I've ran many auctions, and there is always somebody concerned about not being able to put in a bid due to time zone restraints. Therefore, bidding will continue until a final price is settled on.
