Advance sale of the 6 bonds for February will probably start on 6th January after I've paid out Katharina. Current investors will get enough time to reserve before anyone else though.
Today I granted Unity Love a special service with regard to personal circumstances. From 1st February on there will be a part of 25m ISK of her interest payments diverted to LJB (CEO of her Corp). This service will be discontinued as soon as things got back to normal again for her. |

No problem, Depitaros. According to the bond's terms the refund of your 500m ISK will be effected on 26th January (21 days after request).
Due to Depitaros' request for refund, the number of bonds available for February increased from 6 to 7.

Katharina Veracruz just got her investment of 2.500.000.000 ISK (5 bonds, 100%) refunded.
From now on the advance sale of 7 bonds (available for February) starts.
Until 14th January 23:59:59 EVE Time this goes out only to my current investors!
From 15th January on all remaining bonds will then be offered to new investors, starting with Erialor Godsent.
The bonds can either be reserved and fully paid at the end of the month or purchased directly at once.
Same procedure as last year? The same procedure as every year! ...
If you would like to reserve a bond, please send 10m ISK per bond to Thulem as a non-refundable deposit. The other 490m ISK are then to be paid by 28th January.
If you would like to buy a bond at once, please send 500m ISK per bond to Thulem directly.
Please remember that you are allowed to hold a maximum of 5 bonds only.
Current investors that are eligible to purchase further bonds are:

Due to this request for refund the number of bonds available for February increased from 7 to 8.

These are the final hours for the exclusive advance sale for existing investors.
From tomorrow on (00:00 EVE Time) still available bonds (currently 8) will be available for new investors.
Investors who already announced interest are:
1. Erialor Godsent - ? Bonds
2. Ras Blumin - ? Bonds
3. Evlin Garsten - 2 Bonds
4. Tradell Fiasco - 1 Bond
Those will be favored in the given order.
Erialor, I tried to send you an EVE mail, but I am not willing to pay a CSPA charge of 1m ISK. If you are still interested in purchasing bonds, please make sure you set the CSPA charge to zero or add me to your contact list. If you are still interested in the bonds, please send the ISK for reservation or full payment to me not later than 15th Jan. 20:00 EVE time. I will retain 5 bonds for you till that date.

Another month has passed by so it's time again to let you know how business was last period.
T2 business was good. Total turnover was about about 9.5b ISK. Net profit was about 6.0-6.5b ISK again like last month. Not much movement here, because avarage sale prices and costs remained stable.
I am very excited about my "new" POS network. I already generated first profits with it. After material and fuel costs I made ca. 1.7b ISK net profit last period with only half the month effectively producing advanced products with only 1 of 2 towers. Today I set up the 2nd tower, so the production is now at 100%. Expected net profit next period is about 3.0b ISK considering a further droping price of the end product by 5-10% and increased material costs of already bought raw materials. As material costs are decreasing again on the market, I plan to keep the POS network up beyond the 2 months I stated earlier. I think it's a profitable business and I will run for awhile.
In the next couple of weeks I will concentrate on saving money for another T2 BPO acquisition again. It's time to extend my collection. To support this plan I will increase the bond's size in March to 30b ISK (60 bonds) with advance sale starting in February.
I'd like to say "THX!" to all of my investors again for their continuous support! Thanks a lot people!

Evlin Garsten did not respond within 24 hours as requested. As a result the number of available bonds increases by 2 from 3 to 5.
Nick I've sent you an EVE mail. You can sent the money anytime.
Same for you, Anne. Please transfer the money directly to Thulem. I will confirm the receipt within 24 hours and will add you to the list of investors.
As I had several inquiries like "Can I invest xxx ISK?", I'd like to clarify again, that the bonds offered here as "available" are indeed available to everyone who's interested since 15th January as stated earlier in post #134.
No bonds were purchased until I confirm this here officially. However if I should receive more ISK than I can sell bonds for, I will serve first purchases first and of course I will refund the spare ISK as soon as possible and within 24 hours latest. You can't do anything wrong by just sending (the) money to me while I still offer bonds. 
In this moment there are still 5 bonds left for February to anyone who's interested.
