Interesting mental picture; a 1400mm gun on your car. 1400mm is about four and a half feet! Could your suspension stand it? LOL
How about an ECM module that inactivates speed cameras?

I can't resist; one more:
Transcendental Anchoring - Lets you park your car wherever you want, whenever you want, without fear of theft or parking tickets, for three hours per skill level.
Have to intrduce something that makes an Anchoring skill worth training past level 1.

dont pusht it they bring on parking tickets.
ad conjunction charge like in london (( basiclly u pay money to drive in busy areas lie central london ))
yulai and new caladari in eve and few more

dream skillz?
Pizza delivery skill. Enables lvl3 agents to remotely order a pizza with extra cheese, bacon and pepperoni. Rank with the skill enables to reach any region within Empire space (as i'm sure the pizza delivery boy would be ganked at choke points, and i am NOT giving a free pizza to alliances). Lvl5 would enable you to add xtra toppings, for 1.5k isk per topping.
Having said this, i think i really need a decent dinner

Delay School/Work: Makes school/work start one hour later without any negative affects
Sleep Compression: Allows one hour of sleep to count as 2/3/4/5/6 depending on skill level.
School/Work Compression: Allows for one hour of school/work to count as 2/3/4/5/6 depending on skill level.
Anti-Stupidity Field: Allows you to smack any idiot within the field without repercussion. Lvl 1: 1ft, lvl 2: 2ft, lvl 3: 3ft,lvl 4: 4ft,lvl 5: 1000ft.
Notice any patterns:)
