Level 4 Missions

This character right off the bat can fly a fully t2 fit drake with t2 heavy missiles in level 4 missions. He can then switch up to the vagabond (T2 fit) for roaming through eve collecting kill mails, or go plexing with a command ship (T2 fit). upon finishing Gallante cruiser level 5 (approx 9/15/2009) you will have the bulk of all Minmatar and Gallante ships (sub capital) to choose from with T2 medium projectile and hybrid guns (6.698 million SP in gunnery). This toon can finish large hybrid or projectile in approx 19 days before remap.
