A word of advice... a bit too late but will probably be heeded now:
DO NOT TRUST someone with -4.0 standing. It didn't get that way because of the goodness of his heart.
Otherwise: I'd go with older chars who have spent considerable amount of time in the last corp... that means they wanna stay there. You can't do much more than that...

Lab scamming is the #1 scamming problem in Eve right now. Its sad that CCP has done nothing to prevent it. They may say its realistic and it could happen, but in real life you could sue, or bring action against them... in here you can't. CCP is just too lazy to devise a way of stopping it.

I think slots should be draggable into the trade window like any other commodity.

No, in the real world you'd sign a contract, but in EVE, there's no way to buy or sell real estate, well not yet. Isn't Shiva supposed to change that?

More info about nightwolf.
1: He openly attacks corp members, with out provication and without warning. The typical event happened as a challenge to a friendly fright fight. Ushally it ended in 4 cruise missiles hitting the hull of the unsuspecting frig pilot.
2: Newbie ganker. It was known that before the patch, he would gang with newbie pilots and gank them in secure space.
3: Suspected corp thief. It was susspected that he was attempting to steal assets from the majority of the corp's he has worked for. This has been confermed from the CEO's of many of his forumer corp.
4: Trash talk, not really a horrible offence. But he does alot of it. And ushally in CAPS. Annoying at least.
5: Ore theif. And a poor one at that. This has caused him one clone and an indy at least to my knowledge.
6; Escrow scammer. At least he was at one time. I did see countless pods on escrow labeled as megathron etc...
7: Ore can killer. Anouther activity he liked to do before the patch. We had more then a few complants about this too.
He fall into the catagory of pyrite A person who thinks he is a pirate, though he never leaves empire, doesn't attack anything that *might* have guns, and only pvp'suring gank situations.

Well he can be in Empire space without going into secure space. All the empires own areas of 0.4 to 0.0 space, it has sentries but I dont think it has concord if i remember correctly.
Also to say NW03 will try to ransom any noob he feels he can get something out of, until he is cornered/trapped by a cruisers/bs. Then he'll just spam talk as previously said.

Well he can be in Empire space without going into secure space. All the empires own areas of 0.4 to 0.0 space, it has sentries but I dont think it has concord if i remember correctly.

Gabriel: you're correct, "tr0jan" was on in on the scam as well, though for some reason "trojan" sold me a lab slot fair and square only a few seconds before nightwofl03 scammed me.
