I've talked to 2 Polaris people about this so far, and I've gotten the same answer both times: Jove is currently inaccessible.
However, I'm also aware of one person who was looking for an entrance to Jove for a few days, found a stargate in Jove space using the mapbrowser that seemed to connect back to Empire space, and days later posted a screenshot from 0Z-VHC system near Planet VI's Gallente station. He wasn't a GM or a Dev or a Polaris, and he was flying a Caldari Ibis, of all things.
CCP, can you give a definitive answer on this please? Is Jove space accessible (even if it's by hidden methods like a hidden stargate) currently?

Afaik, he was moved there by a GM (made a stuck petition, specified a station in Jove space, then got moved there).
Jove space is currently locked.

I was there yesturday. here is how you do it, there is nothing much there.
Move your clone to hd3-jk1 (i think).
Pod yourself.

There is an exploit in the game that allows access to Jove space.
I was there yesterday!
There is not much out there, Market is empty
and some stations are a little bit unstable.
The interesting thing is that some corps already have offices in Jove Space and renting the cheap(!) Lab and Factory slots.
Hope the Devs will reset the Jove Stations, to prevent an unfair advantage for exploiters.
BTW: I already filed an exploit petition and a GM has reviewed it.

This exploit was present in Beta. They said they did something about it but obviously they did not. |

There is nothing you can gain by entering jove space at the moment as it is not yet coded.
