[NEFI] engaged and destroyed a cruiser of mine a few months back while still under a NAP with my organization. They seem to have very selective memory when it comes standings.

If New Frontiers can't take the heat, they should probably stay out of the kitchen.

it is in my understanding that this war is only happening becouse nfei got a shout form one of there friends telling them they needed assistance(it is in my experiance that friends are more important then neutrals coz you know if the shoe was on the other foot the friendly would help the neutral wont)and so they gave it, now c22 are looking to nfei to replace an apoc (reptar got the kill) did the apoc pilot have insurance if so then its settled he got payed, if not then what was he doing in 0.0 withought it.
i believe c22 have missunderstood the situation and should think carefully about what started it off (one of there pilots went npc hunting in a hostile zone not too smart)

EDIT: thought i'd add that kill mails can be a little buggy (hell, something in game buggy? ) and not show all involved parties either.

PA is taking no part in this at all. PA members smacktalking either side should please be reported to the PA council via pa public diplomatic forums at: pa diplo forum Dreadnaught, a message from your CEO, who as you know is on RL vacation, is to not post anymore on this issue or on this part of the forums please.
That's all there is to say. A regular diplomat will respond to questions from either side, but we regret any PA rank-and-file sticking their noses in.

Yeah i got a great laugh out of istavaan when he was trying to sell the scorp too.... As for the date C22 had been envolved in empire wars against different pa corps and didn't have the time/resources to demand what was taken to be replaced. I recently joined up with them gave them a hand with some pvp advice and worked for a week to get every member mining rare ores so everyone could afford what they want/need. That being said/done NFEI was told that this issues would be taken care of it just took longer then C22 wanted.
Anyone posting here who doesn't know what they are talking about like the xvx guys who showed up in local to only smack talk you do not know the facts and ONLY facts belong in this thread. Let's review this again for the shallow people..... NFEI entered into the pa/nca war on pa side but declared they were neutrals, Aloron being the true gentleman that he is goes through the proper routes to talk to the co-ceo (or so he said he was) and then the ceo. He never once cussed got angry or anything at anyone and still isn't to this day, Turos couldn't answer his questions so he later convo'd Manicminer. Manicminer being the great citizen that he is instead of talking to aloron brings everyone into the convo to smack talk him and demand money from Aloron.
Since you think we're trying to extort you I give you the original offer one last time 32million for insurance on the apoc and 15m for mods destroyed and stolen and the war will cease. Your corp has suffered hundreds of millions in losses already and you could of prevented this by 47million isk...... You want it over? you want emails from alliances/corps asking us to cancel it? It will not happen. Either you pay for your part in this or the war continues.
Someone said well why don't you ask Reptar for the isk.... He was enemy you don't ask enemys for isk for lost ships, but neutral non allied corps who hop in on the fight either pay for what they did or get envolved in a war, simple as that.
I will inform my ceo that I have offered this to you 1 last time we have been more then reasonable with this so the ball is in your court now. You have 24hours to deposit 47mil isk into Lethal1's account and I assure you this is the last time this offer will stand. I will eve mail Manicminer in game so he is aware of this yet again if you choose to delete the eve mail again that is your choice. At 11:00 am EST on Saturday this offer expires.
