CCP give us a list of all the new SKILLS
So we can plan ahead of time and see what we need to skill up or see what were going to be able to do with these new skills

Maybe if you showed some manners by saying, "please"? It gets much better results than "gimme".

They don't want to do that because they haven't decided what the new skills will be yet, and if they release a list of the new skills stating pre reqs and ppl start training for those pre reqs and the pre reqs are changed, ppl will get a bit angry and upset and stuff and CCP don't want that.
