I received an email in Eve from an ISK seller named "thsninge". I never requested this email, so I consider it spam. Here is the text of the evemail:

How can I report this? Is there a specific forum or contact I should use? I realise I can simply ban the name from my evemail, but I know that CCP frowns on ISK sellers.

Petition it under ISK spam. Should trigger a response within 5 minutes. Also, edit out the URL, no need for free advertisement.

600m isk via GTC's (300mil/plex x 2Plex/GTC) = $30
1000m isk via seller for $49
GTC = 20m isk / $
RMT = 20.4m isk / $
900m isk via GTC's (450mil / plex)
GTC = 30m isk / $
400m isk via GTC's (200 mil/plex)
GTC = 13.3 m isk/ $
It's in CCP's best interest for Plex's to remain above 300 mill, the higher the better.
