Over the past few months, a new Alliance of Corporations has been slowly but surely gearing up for sustained operations. The Collegium Amarria, built upon the principles of the Collegia of distant memory, promotes the interests of the Amarr EmpireÆs limitless population, through both the provision of vital support and through representation within the Capsuleer community.
The Collegium as it stands consists of a wide variety of racial backgrounds, and has become a haven for those who previously have turned to illegitimate enterprises. The ranks are filled with all manners of liars, sinners, pirates and traitors, a fact to which many are not ashamed to admit. We lack the prestige of our more noble cousins within the ranks of the Curatores Veritatis Alliance (CVA) and the Ordo Magna, however to us this is seen as a boon rather than a curse. We have and continue to develop a unique culture of acceptance whereby undesirables are given a chance to redeem themselves, regardless of their past, creating an uncommon asset in the service of the EmpireÆs populace.
As part of the CollegiumÆs creation, the Royal Fleet Auxiliary has been recommissioned to act as the Executor Command and Control group. The Auxiliary has reset all previous standings and policy due to the long period of inactivity since RFAUX shipping last operated, relations will be reassessed as future operations continue.
On the great political stage of the cluster our intent is not to act by force of arms but by more civil terms, through negotiation and the forging of diplomatic ties. We maintain and operate a growing military capability for the purposes of defence and to protect the EmpireÆs borders, but we are receptive to dialogue even with to those who may be on poor terms with the Amarr. We are bound to honour the laws & direction of the Empire in which we operate; however, we shall respond amicably to all who approach with civil intentions.
Further information may be obtained via our public communication system found at www.collegiumamarria.com.
Personal communiquTs may be passed directly to myself, where they will be reviewed and answered in due course.

I would not say you are unique or uncommon. I say this has become the norm. I am confident soon there will be plenty people showing up wishing you well and all that.
I am not one of them.

What a waste, should have put your @SSES in the militia and done something meaningful for the empire. Here you are saying
"We maintain and operate a growing military capability for the purposes of defence and to protect the EmpireÆs borders, but we are receptive to dialogue even with to those who may be on poor terms with the Amarr."
the true fight is in the bleaks against the minmatar, I hope you dont plan on becoming cowards like SF(decing amarr corps from the outside of the militia) and start decing the militia minnies from the outside as your way of "protecting" Amarr's borders.
The empress calls forth for we loyal amarrians to fight for amarr in the militia, and this is cr@p we get. Loyalists forming pointless alliances or running to Prov to further "protect" that border(one that requires no real protection, as there is no real threat to them) and living fat. Should Prov ever actually need help I would gladly fight till the end for that region in the name of Amarr, but right now the fight is happening else where, and everyone seems to gravitate elsewhere despite our Empire's request for assistance in this War of factions.
Godspeed in what ever it is you plan on doing Kallanagh, I hope its something of actual purpose.

I have no doubt with Kallanagh's long service record working for Amarr loyalists groups that he will not forget the important issues of purity, faith and defence of the Empire.
I wish Collegium Amarria all the very best of luck.

Indeed Invelious, seems every week or so another alliance steps up to "defend Providence".
Sctratch the surface of these alliances and you'll find pilots ratting and mining there little hearts out and once in a while joining a big providence fleet to camp a gate and feeling they doing there bit to protect Amarr where we all know that in the Bleaks pilots are X'ing up, fighting day in and day out, killing and dieing with no thought other than for the empire.
These pilots loyal to Amarr fight and make huge sacrifices every day with no or little support from these new alliances calling themselve "protectors of Amarr".
Perhaps these Alliances instead of heading out to Provi head to the combat zone and help where the help is truely needed and this way at least you can prove you're what you claim and not just another bunch of freeloaders.
Simply put leave CVA and the holding alliances protect Providence and come fight for Amarr where you can be useful, if or when that time comes when Prov needs our help then, as Invelious says we in the militia will fight to the end and with all we have for CVA and that region as we all hold it very close to our hearts, very close indeed.

Hmm... where to start. Perhaps a map of the Empire's borders showing Providence's proportions to sovereign Imperial space... no that might be a little belittling of my esteemed colleague!
Whilst the Collegium has some interests in the Providence and the great works undertaken by our notable peers, our interests lie over a broader range so to speak. It is our primary concern to bring aid to the people of the Empire through strengthening the resilience of it's infrastructure, employing pod pilots through many paths such as manning the trade routes or supplementing the Empire's military requirements on an ad-hoc basis.
We are aware of the Militia's ongoing operations and we wish them well, however as you so carefully pointed out it is not our intention to carry out efforts akin to the Star Fraction's involvement, that is out of our remit, nor to join the conflict directly. As all currently stands our offensive concerns relate to the protection of Collegium shipping and to the carrying out of protective duties throughout the Empire proper.

Edited by: Kallanagh Tellen on 31/08/2009 19:55:00 Mr Revenent,
You have my thanks, I have heard much about your organisation and so I would be pleased to speak with you once the Collegium has become more established.
It is perhaps fitting that we begin our Extra-Amarrian relations with the Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Directive due to your ongoing work in Providence, as well as your Status as a Caldari national. I shall arrange for an Ambassador to contact you in the near future. Vi Veri Veniversum Vivus Vici |

As my Keter Sepherim all ready stated his congratulations I seem to have missed the punch in this matter .
However, I wish to extend an offer of friendship to the Collegium and their corporations from myself and my Pilots.
May God guide your hand and strengthen your pilots as you strive to forge your destinies. ------------------------------------------------

My thanks Math'ra, we shall be contact in due course, I have no doubt that we may come to a mutual understand that will benefit our respective interests much. I in turn offer our friendship to our notable peers in the Ordo Magna.
Nur, regarding your observations I do not find this suprising, our interests have not in this time been featured statistical engagements with enemy force capsuleers however our concerns may shift as apprepriate. We have noted the aggressor forces and have made standing changes accordingly. Vi Veri Veniversum Vivus Vici |
