Character Details
Her skill set represents around 5 months of training. She is and always has been in a Noob Corp, I was using her for scanning wormholes and stuff but no longer require her services. She can fly the Cheetah with level IV Covops, use Covops Cloak, light Covert Cynos, has all scanning skills to IV, can salvage, and haul using a Mammoth

I am not willing to post the API key, however, I am willing to tell you that it will take her 39 days with her current skills and attributes to attain level V in all rank 1 learning skills, and level IV in all rank 3, including Empathy/Presence. Without Empathy/Presence, it will take 30 days |

Was looking for more than 1.5bill as a buyout to be honest...
Reserve will be hidden until the auction ends in a week. If the bids go over the reserve it will sell, if not it won't. I am looking for an amount to cover the game time codes I bought in training her (roughly 5 months worth), plus skill books, plus a little "convenience cost".
Auction ends just before the GTC runs out on the account (I am not training this toon though, I am training another on it - hence why I don't want to give out the API key).
