yes all my current ships are rigged some medium sized ships now have large rigs (cos rigged before last patch) but they still do what they are supposed to do
And this is really the point. There is no functional difference between small medium and large rigs. The only difference is what it costs to make them.
since I have already paid the price to mount those rigs, I see no compelling reason to unmount them just so I can have a bunch of lame rigs I can't use laying around in my hangar.
Yes, I could reprocess them into salvage, and then sell that salvage and buy new rigs on the market. But frankly that's a damned lot of trouble to get back to what I had in the first place. I seriously doubt the "profits" realized would be worth my time. --Vel

Well i don't know about you but I would get back a few 100 mill. And its really not that hard, if you are playing in a reall Null sec corp. They can transport your **** up and get some new **** down.

Since rigs were not coded with a "remove" option it's is probably a lot more work than you think to code this (especially as it would be a one time change that affects literally everyone in game).
I think if you were going to ask for this option you should have voiced your opinion weeks ago.
Didn't know what would happen. " a lot more work " Its called copy paste. If they didn't do it its not because it was hard but because Programmers are lazy.
I have read all the posts here, Is there really nobody but me that would like the freaking option of removing all large rigs from medium/small ships

When CCP introduced salvaging, they should have given everyone 10000 of each type of salvage in our hangar, to compensate for the time that we weren't able to salvage prior to the addition.
That's essentially what this suggestion amounts to.

Being a programmer this is the part when I stopped reading, and thought to myself: "Self, this dude's an asshat." "Too correct, self. Too correct."
