4 days ago I filled out 2 petitions and sent 1 email to support at CCP. Is there some reason I haven't gotten any replies at all? I mean, not even a we'll get back to you reply. Geez CCP, at least let me know you GOT my petitions. |

Let me guess, all three was about the same issue?
If you have not noticed, a LOT of accounts has been hacked over the past few weeks and will have a priority.

You might have noticed that CCP is beeing flooded with petitions from hacked accounts. Solving those does take much time and has priority. So depending on the type of your petition, you might be VERY low in the queue. If you filed two petitions on the same subject, you bumped yourself down even further.
I filed a petition on a standings bug a week ago and I do not expect to even get an "we have your petition" respose for another week. The hacking stuff is way more important.

Response time is doubled for every redundant petition/email you send to them.

lol....actually I hadn't noticed. I just came back to the game last week, after a lengthy absence. Which is also the reason I'm in a n00b corp 
The petitions were from 2 different accounts, so no, I wasn't posting the same petition with the same account....but anyway, I guess I'll just be patient, since it's not imperative. It's just that I had filed before and had gotten responses within a matter of an hour or 2, so was just curious.
You answered my question.....now I'll shut up

CCP is part of a psychological study. It is to see how long people will wait for a reply before getting upset enough to post on the forums about it.
You likely just screwed up the average by a few days.

its a fair point tho. I have a petition thats been open for a few days now too. it never took days before to get a response to a petition. bit odd thats all.
