I will be selling the following offices. This needs some special rules, since i can not be there all the time and everywhere, b/c they are just too many. So here are the rules.
More will be added later today. (Monday 18th)
You see all offices with the price i have in mind.
- You can either post here that u buy one office for that price. Just write "I buy the office in <xxx> for your price of <xxx> isk." Then i consider it sold.
- U can also send me an eve-mail with an offer of the Office u want to have, which can be lower than the price here. All eve-mails which were sent before the Downtime on Wednesday (20th of October) will come into consideration. All mails after that time will be deleted. The highest bidder gets it. (I can post screens of all eve-mails to proof if someone wants to.)
- Sending me an eve mail with a higher bid than the price i have in mind here makes no sense. really no sense. Look at the first option! Just buy it directly here in the forum and it¦s yours. No other person can grab it away then. You have it. Even if someone wants it seriously and sends me a mail with a higher bid than the price u paid. No way. It¦s yours! A later post with a higher bid is fubar. It belongs to first poster with the price listed! (I can forward such mails to u in order u want to make profit! :) )
- If not all offices are sold i will update the list on Wednesday evening and start this thing again, with some other offices too. Remeber, Downtime on Wednesday is the time where all eve-mails are looked at. (Results will be posted later the evening, b/c i have RL-work)
