so :)
when you pick up cargo from wreck you will make aggression to wreck owner corporation...
...
all you need is one noob alt in your corporation... buy frigate and name it like " jita slave " or something like that "bpo hover"
put some bpc in it and some tags ... undock and kill it 20-25 km from station ... then all will go there to check wreck if can steal something and make easy money .. when pick up items will make aggression to wreck owner corp ... and that corp is yours corp ...
then simply kill it :)
you can make 5-6 nice kills per hour
check some kills

Most people just do a flyby on the wreck in a T1 frig, scoop and warp... At least that was always my luck

Misleading thread title. Was expecting a way to FORCE people to get agression. Not a way to coerce greedy idiots.

Imagine how different the game would be.
Anytime an annoying RP anti-pie pilot would gatehump a highsec gate, I'd force them to aggress a nonflashy. See if they like not having just 60 seconds to complete safety.

I nabbed a small control tower while flying a crane by doing a driveby on a fresh wreck outside of Amarr VIII Emperor Family Academy this one time.

best variation of this i have ever seen is as follows:
corp A flys freighter with several unstacked station/cap contruction parts/whatever
corpmates pop insured freighter
corpmates hang out in black ops/recons/bombers around freighter wreck
????

force them is bacause I dont know right word as I dont know English so good... but this works perfect... evry time I start to warp scramble my alt in frigate 3-4 ships in front on station changing align direction to scrambled target location ... like all of them wants his death.. to loot him.... tryed on gates but not works as good as in front of station.... only problem are salvagers.. sometimes they go in battleship 20 km without AB just to salvage wreck
