Sorry, thats not the average, that's the lowest each... what about 75+115 = 190 * 0.93 = 175mil?

ouch the math on that offer is interesting, 2 low end bids 60mil + 104mil = 164mil and you want 175mil some times i guess it is better to stay with low Jita

Jita contract "average" is meaningless. The only number that matters for price reference is the current lowest price. If you do not want to sell at or below the current lowest price in Jita, then sit on the items until the lowest price goes up. Simple.
