I would like to ask the following question: Why do people go to Jita on a Sunday? Just why? WHY?
You must know Sunday is the busiest time for concurent players online, even when the server dosnt crash there's horible lag but yet people still flock there and insist on crashing the server.
This isnt the first time this has happened and I hold no hope that this will be the last. Just wait till Monday or go instead on Saterday, or just trade in the ajacent systems, anything other than this self destructive exodus of isk hungry morons flocking to the lag hell that is Jita.

Monday night: Play some eve after work or school with your mates and discuss the day as you pew pew.
Tuesday night: Play some eve after work or school with your mates and discuss the day as you pew pew.
Wednesday night: Play some eve after work or school with your mates and discuss the day as you pew pew.
Thursday night: Play some eve after work or school with your mates and discuss the day as you pew pew.
Friday night: PARTY!!!!!
Saturday night: Recover.
Sunday night: Shop in Jita for the next weeks supplies.

No we all go to jita, approach the monument outside of 4/4 and sing the caldari prayer, and btw anyone still have that, i lost it a long time ago

jita needs to be changed so it is an 0.3 system then it wouldn't be clogged up with scammers.

sunday is the end of the week, so everyone hits to either drop off their minerals/loot/ice/etc or pick up supplies, ammo/mods/ships/fuel.... sunday, due to historically being the sabbath is generally the most open day for people to do things that take large amounts of time. Like mow the lawn, do the laundry or jump a freighter 50 jumps...

Jita is like Walmart......
Where I live, EVERYONE in town goes to Wally World on Sunday.....it's just what we do, hang out at Walmart on Sunday.

Because it's do-able now. Used to be going to Jita on Sundays meant total lockup and stuck character petition if you tried to login/jump-in when there was around 600 in system. Now there over what, 1100 on sundays with a bit of lag? In any case, going to a irl Wal-Mart on a Sunday is alot more frustrating.
Lest we forget what it was once like, thanks again CCP!
