FACT 1.) SA is one of the most diciplined Allinace, on rare occasions a rookie will screw up, and the matter will be resolved
FACT 2.) For several months, SA and ATUK have been working together to fight CA, this is a very well known fact.
FACT 3.) Celestial Apocalypse ignored hails in local chat and engaged a member of an SA gang, for attacking an ally, they were suarrily engaged and destroyed.
FACT 4.) If you lose a profit from the death of a neutral its not piracy, do to a lack of, theres the magic word, profit.
FACT 5.) I am not putting any spins, bending any truths or ignoring any facts, you on the other hand are. If Tholarim or CKOZUK of omega corp would be so kind, I would like them to testify to my reliability and honesty. If you want to accuse any member of the stain Alliance command or myself of bending the truth, cite UNDOCTORED transcripts and cite links to posts.
FACT 6.) Celestial Apocalypse was once considered a valued ally to the stain allaince, when you were actually needed the most, you were never seen in the primary area of warfare. Now you attack our allies, allies who do help, allies who do fight WITH us.
FACT 7.) every square inch of Catch is hostile, none of it is safe. I dont blame a pilot for making a judgement call and popping a neutral, so long as they are willing pay the price for mistakes. I can not say the same for your Corporation.

That battle was unbelievable, THATS what EVE battles should be about. Stuff going on all over the place, all different kinds of setups/ships/tactics all at once. Was crazy.

lol ight whatever, we jump in your all 100+km off angle we warp to get a better position by the time we align'd to get back in a better position which would only bring us 60km off u anyway as u was at a random angle u cleared.....
