In the original post I stated that only 3* investors were able to make binding reservations until 1 Sep 09. From 1 Sep 09 until 3 Sep 09 investors who have previously participated in my offerings may make binding reservations. At 0400 on 3 Sep 09, any shares not reserved by previous investors will be assigned to first-time investors on a first-come first-served basis. While it is possible that all shares will go to previous investors, anyone who makes a reservation will be allowed to purchase one share, thereby ensuring their priority in the next venture.
It's the only way I've found to honor previous investors and at the same time ensure that everyone has a chance (even if that chance comes in my next offering, when this bond's single shareholders will be listed as a previous investor).

Stardust is probably the only person I know of that will actually go over the amount they are looking for in this way. It is an interesting solution IMO.

You are correct. It was noted in my spreadsheet, but I missed it in the post. Will be corrected momentarily.
Also, Brock, I said they could send their 10m now, since the bond sold out and they were guaranteed that much anyways.
