Two Men Found Dead After Abduction
Monday August, 31 2009
Today two men were found in a ditch shot to death near the city of Coldwater, Kansas. With hands and feet bound, the shooting was an execution. The identities of the men are not to be released to protect the families of the deceased. Both men were from states bordering Kansas and had no business being where they were.
The men were last seen being dragged from their homes in Nebraska and Colorado by several men in black uniforms into a white van with a Kansas license plate. Witnesses say that the men had a unique feature to their cloths, a red square with white marks as an insignia.
Coldwater Police say that the slayings could be linked to an MMORPG style game and recent events. The slayed men are said to own the characters Haargoth Agamar and SFShootme. These characters are linked to a sudden turn of events for a "Corporation" in the game.
Police are also following leads of this being a possible gang related death due to the matter it was carried out.

This look more like an internal joke between some buddies, than something of relevance to the EVE community as a whole

the only thing I see there that possibly links it to eve is the fact that its an mmo with corporations.
Perhaps this belongs someplace else.. like COAD if supposedly markings actually belong to someone, because honestly, in eve-GD all your get is trolls.
