This is what we need,be able to war dec anyone everywhere, except the rookies. all eve know it. But ccp is scrared of doing it. It would bring a brand new way of playing. No longer anyone safe in eve.

privateers would just love that.
Oh and for all of those that says '' omg im gonna quit, i dont like pvp etc etc'' ... you wont quit because eve is still the best spaceship game avaible all time, and anyway you will be back.

Instead of this they should just make low sec is until 0.8 instead of 0.4
So then the bears are only safe in 0.9 and 1.0 systems.
Obviously the faction navy would need to be nerfed and stuff....
Nice rumor too :)

You can now War dec all corporations of eve, npc or not. With the exception of the newbies one withc after 14 days, like the rookie channel, get kicked out of it.
anyone care to confirm this? if this is true... i see many tears from this possiblility...
