ookay, so ... ahem... wich agents drop these? ive done approx 90 missions for htis lvl 1 agent now and havent gotten anything cept 4 inplants (+1) and loads after laods of small ammunition.

not 100% sure if lvl1 agents drop tech2 comps, might wanna try moving onto a lvl2, if not for the bounties and the challenge alone
and all agents drop them, its not division/corp specific, but it is totally random

Take a look at what the different corps produces at the Organizations page. Everything produced is a potential reward for running missions. There is no complete list of implants but eve.grismar.net list many of the +3 Implants.
About the tech II components, I think you need a lvl3 agent, that should be your aim anyway since the rewards are also much better. In my experience the tech II rewards are completely random, same as Eyeshadow says.

Elrathias, level 1 and level 2 agents doesn't give T2 components as reward. You can loot T2 components as drop from kill missions. Only level 3 agents giving T2 components as rewad.

I can confirm that t2 components ARE awarded as a bonus from completing level 2 missions, however the amounts you recieve are alot smaller than if you get them from a level 3 agent, like 16 or 24 components (level 2) as opposed to 60 or 90+ (level 3), also depends on the component, ive noticed that the more valuable the component the smaller the volume recieved as bonus. High standing with corp and agent also increases the volumes quite a bit.
EDIT: University of Caille is who i got them from at level 2 but i really dont think the corp matters.

yes, construction components are sometimes part of lvl2 agent rewards.
