StimpyCat is now offering an anchoring service for Gallente and Minmatar space. The total cost for this service is 300m ISK. Contact me in game, or read below for more detail.
1. How can you do this?
Using my high faction standings, I am able to anchor Control Towers in high security space.
2. Why do I need a high sec POS?
The Research Lab queues in NPC stations are always tied up for weeks; having a POS in high sec would allow you to perform valuable research, copying and invention without having the pain of having to defend your POS from Pirates.
3. How can I use your service?
* Step 1: I create a corporation on your behalf, after 7 days as the CEO my standings will apply to the corporation as a whole.
* Step 2: After 7 days I will anchor the Control Tower by a moon of your choosing.
* Step 3: I will accept an application from you to become a member and promote you to CEO.
4. Where can I have my POS?
My high standings with Gallente and Minmatar allow my to place a Control Tower in any system moon for the following:
* 0.6 in Gallente Space.
* 0.5 in Minmatar Space.
NOTE: This can change over time as I am constantly working to improve my factional standings.
5. Once the Control Tower is up, can I anchor my own structures?
Of course, you only need high faction standings to anchor the Control Tower.
6. What if we want to move the Control Tower to another location, or upgrade our Control Tower to something larger?
You can un-anchor your Control Tower at any time. However if your corporation still does not have high standings with a faction, then youÆll need the services of someone such as myself to re-anchor your Control Tower elsewhere.
7. How long does the process take?
It takes 7 days for the faction standings to apply from my character to the corp. After that it can be a matter of 15 minutes to anchor the control tower.
8. Can I get a POS sooner than 7 days?
It can depend on how recently I have created a base corporation. So yes, it is a possibility. Contact me ingame for the latest info.
9. Can I keep my old corp?
No, it is possible that someone with a high faction standings could join your corp and therefore raise the average standings, but it is unlikely that they will be raised high enough to have a high sec POS.
10. How much do we need to pay for this service?
Overall, 300m ISK. The initial payment of 50m goes towards paying for the corporation and as a non-refundable downpayment for the full service. The final payment of 250m is to be paid once the POS is placed and you want to promoted to CEO of the new corporation.
11. Does that amount also cover the cost of the Control Tower?
No, you will need to provide the control tower that you would like anchored.
12. How much will the POS cost per month?
The cost is to purchase the fuel for the POS, plus you also need either Gallente or Minmatar starbase charters to have a POS in high sec space.
13. You did a great job, is 300m ISK enough? Do you want more?
Since there are a lot of scammers in EVE, it would be nice if you would allow me to refer you as a satisfied customer. Decorations are also accepted as are high standings with your corporation.

Correct me if im wrong but isnt 300 mil a little steep these days for POs anchoring. I used to offer this for .7 gallente and minmatar back before they readjustd how corp standings were affected so it was harder for people to do and I charged 300 mil then. I thought since the new standings change the going price was about 150-200 mil. Just a free bump I guess

Its a good point, I figured I ought to start somewhere and work out what people are willing to pay. Just as in RL, prices are often dictated by demand. If anyone wants to bid on a corp, they are welcome to.
