I left to get an industrial and when I docked, I heard that our can had been flipped (someone took OUR minerals from OUR can, WHICH IS STEALING, and put them into his own can). So I hopped in a Arbitraitor and waited for him to return to his can (full of OUR minerals) so I could attack him cause it's not cool to steal something at all like that. Somehow he wasnt flashy or anything or had a red skull for that matter. My friend returned to retake the stuff (he was in my fleet btw) and was attacked an killed by the other person in the thrasher. He still didn't go flashy or get a red skull but I locked him up, he locked me up. We fired at each other at the same time and for some reason I got concorded and sec status drop. HMMMM... I think that Concord is R.E.T.A.R.D.E.D!!!! When he did all that and didn't get concorded and I attack in response to him killing my friend, who was IN MY FLEET!!! and I get Concorded. I think there is something wrong with this picture. CCP needs to rewrite there concord program cause I am really ticked off at how un-just this all is. Seriously, he can rip our can off but because we don't want to get concord standing drop we can't take it back. I can't even fire at him cause its an act of aggression. There is definatly something wrong here. I demand justice. I have already filed a petition and feel very wronged over this. Over all I lost 1.4 standing with concord and he walked away with the loot. If I was emo I would have no more wrist to slit right now. Sadly I did not get any screenshots at the time for it just never occured to me.

He could have waited the 15 minutes and then your fried could have taken from his can which would result in him being allowed to attack your friend. Now stop QQ'ing. You attacked him with no rights so you got popped. Be a little bit smarter next time. Yeah I am a pirate.What are you gonna do about it?

You know what Lea, this is the situation I tried to explain in my "WE NEED LIVE CONCORD POLICE!" thread. Defending a friend or partner is an act of aggression if the perpetrator isn't wanted according to CONCORD. It does look ridiculous to see that CONCORD would attack victims who are trying to defend themselves and get back what was taken from them. Also, you have to remember that you have 15 minutes to take back your stolen items. You will not have that right after 15 minutes of aggression time is gone. Just care of yourself and watch the aggression time.

It works like this: 1.Can flipper puts your ore into his can. Your corp can shoot can flipper , nobody else. 2. Can flipper's corp mate empties can which belongs to can flipper's corp causing no agro as can belonged to his corp. 3. your friend flipped flippers can agroing entire flippers corp and thus died horribly. 4.
