Location - Providence (more specific once you contact me)
PI tax - 4 % (You wont get a better tax rate anywhere else as a neutral pilot)
Planet types - 5 Barren, 1 Plasma, 1 Storm, 1 Temperate (more planets available once you make initial move)

All NRDS [Not Red Don't Shoot] people are invited, as you know Providence is the only place open to neutrals.
If you are interested, please mail me in game and I can help you set up your colonies in safe conditions, provided you are not Red to Providence sov holders.
This is an open invitation, there are no scams involved. The goal is to have some industry going and develop the area.

Can my alts in a neutral corp do PI in your space? Do you expect people to sell the stuff on the local market?
Because ofc I can't sell product to people that condone slavery because I believe in capitalism and free market enterprise where you pay slave wages but people feel free and therefore are more motivated to work themselves to death. |

Nope, you are red mate. I expect people to be active, if they sell locally or in other places that is their business. However we can set up some contracts for items.
Also Providence is no longer that much into role-playing, I think CVA stopped doing it a long time ago. So don't worry over online slavery.

They might have fixed PI in the FW systems, but it still isn't possible to deploy a command center in 0.0 without being in the sov holding alliance. |

The FW thing was a bug. The (real, player-held) sovereignty thing is an intended feature. |

Well, I've just checked and there are +5 light blue and neutrals using the planets in the 0.0 system. How can that be? Either they had the POCOs there since well the beginning/they are former members of the alliance? Or the above is not true.
Can anyone test this? Mail me in game if you are interested. I don't have a neutral alt for that atm.

Either they built the CC while they were in the alliance, or before the system was changed so that only alliance members could do so (in Incarna IIRC). |
