Kasabian - Underdog
On regular occasion I'll play Halo music in the background or loud, I absolutely love his ambience work among his full length songs. I also have APC, Tool, Sick Puppies, Ed Harrison (Guy who made music for NeoTokyo mod), Trocadero (RvB baby!), Pendulum, some more techno, some great rock, hard rock, soft rock, NIN, Rick James - Love Gravy, Living in a cardboard box, uhh.. plenty more.
One of my old favorites is Fionna Apple work with Elvis Costello. And Piano covers of Tool songs and some Iron Maiden songs. ________________________________________________

Mastodons' Crack the Skye album.
This album could be considered a revolutionary progressive metal album a few years down the road. Friggan unbelievable.
Brent Hinds and Bill Kelliher have an uncanny ability to fuse classic guitar/blues riffs to pure raw metal riffs.
Bran Dailor is one of the best drummers I have ever seen live.

Where OPETH leans towards black/death metal Mastodon tends towards stoner/doom metal, but both are progressive and both kick serious ass
Crack the Skye - Oblivion Divinations Quintessence The Czar Part I: Usurper The Czar Part II: Escape The Czar Part III: Martyr The Czar Part IV: Spiral Ghost of Karelia Crack The Skye The Last Baron
So you have a slight idea of where they have come from.
Here is the number one song off of there sophmore album Leviathen, Blood and Thunder. An album revolving lossely around Moby **** and probably my favorite Mastodon song up till this point.
Mother Puncher from there freshman album Remission.
Finally from their debut EP Lifesblood, Battle at Sea
I hope you enjoy.

I'm playing Rome: Total War drunk right now. I'm listening to my general cry about how ****ed I am trying to take Rome itself with 4 units of Spartan Hoplites and the general's cavalry with a little bit of siege equipment.

DAMN YOU SIR!! I was happily listening to The Stranglers (5 Minute was on, my favourite) and you gave me that. So i'm quickly changing to some Dvorak and then adding all of Griegs 'Peer Gynt' suite to the playlist (including the opera parts from the 3rd and 4th movements). You SWINE for taking away my punk and making me mellow with some classical. REVENGE will be mine I tell you, REVENGE WILL BE MINE!!
