I'm just wrapping up the Caldari and Amarr COSMOS complexes and have accumlated something upwards of thirty blueprints as mission rewards. As I'm not involved in manufacturing, I'm hoping someone here can give me some guidance as to relative "worth" of the blueprints. Are a few of them extremely valuable and most junk? Are the all junk? Should I try selling the whole lot as a "grab bag" for 100M isk?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Depending on the content 100M could be low or high.

COSMOS is quite old now and some of the material components used to make these items have flat out dissappeared or have been turned into something else.
for one, most cosmos items require decrypters to build. some of these decrypters cost upwards of 30m isk each as they are used in improving invention results.
and in most cases these Meta 6 COSMOS items are worse than their T2 variants.
in short, COSMOS blueprints are not really worth building and can be kept for novelty value or sold as you said, 'grab bag' style.

This is not entirely true.
COSMOS items are often better then their T2 counterparts. Especially if you're looking at the fittings specs.
So therefor COSMOS items are good profit makers.
But it takes alot of skills to train before you can even build them, and you need items that aren't commonly used to build them.
@ the OP, if you're looking for a decent price, you should post it in the pricecheck section.
You should post all your bpc, with the remaining runs. That way people can give you a decent estimated price
