You may find this entertaining. A dumb-pastor spouted off publicly a wish for Obama to die. Later, a member of his congregation was seen carrying a gun around outside one of Obama's events.
Naturally this caught the Secret Service and the media's attention.
Prepare for a hysterically funny montage of stupidity.
Also, the from the congregation was earlier arrested by Border Patrol. A police dog had shown interest in his car so he was pulled over and ordered out. The dumb **** kept talking back, refusing, being a smart ass. So after a few minutes they break in his window and tase the idiot.
Why are some people so stupid?

CNN.
Fox News is for nationalist fascists who want a warfare state.
CNN is for socialists who want a welfare state.
Half the dumbed down flouride heads who vote watch Fox News. The other half of the dumbed down flouride heads watch CNN.
Now, if this were a republican president, you would see the exact same report on Fox News, only it will be some commune, or perhaps somewhere in Hemp Fest, or Burning man, instead of around a church.
But nobody seems to know that that freemen openly bearing arms is legal, and that the Border Patrol INSIDE of the border running checkpoints against citizens is wrong. No, watch Fox news and be angry over Obama this or Obama that and that everything is the fault of "the other party" (it's not, both parties work for the bankers), or instead watch CNN and think that Obama is your god and that guns and the 4th Amendment are baaaaad.
Stupid sheep are as stupid sheep do.

Stupid or not the police is required to tell you why you're placed under arrest, he did nothing wrong there, perhaps not smart because we all know police like to brutalize people for kicks but nothing wrong. Him being what he is I have a hard time feeling sorry for him. I'm however disgusted by the police.

don't quite agree with you.
some religions, and even some people that are practitioners of some sort of religion, can be less intolerant.
there are even some atheists that are intolerant.
but yeah, "tolerance" and "religion" usually are in opposite poles. ---

Obviously I'd take that post a just a jest. As most of these arguments of less serious nature are just that, poking fun at each other, seeing who gets angry first. ________________________________________________

The replies make me so happy. And I don't think the police were actually arresting him. A canine unit dog apparently flagged his car for inspection and when they told him to get out he flipped out like we saw, to the point where they tased him.
And yes, maybe I used too many words to describe the video

Over the centuries people have killed in the name of God or a god.
then came the progressives.
and people keep killing in the name of their state.
Germans made a god of one man, and 55 million dead with 10 million murdered when all was done.
Russians had "gods" called czars, removed them and replaced them with a state, and 70 million were murdered for that.
And people who think cops are right no matter what, are no different from acolytes.
The more things change the more they stay the same. I only wish the statists and fanatics amongst us would just kill each other and live under the tyrannies they persist to foist upon each other and leave the rest of us alone.
Ah well enough, it matters not that the worms will feast on so many corpses so long as they are the right ones - and they being those people who don't fall for false left-right paradigms, fall for the earthly trinkets of "honor" and "a cause greater than oneself" crap spewed by kings and presidents alike, or see a religious symbol and get convinced to feed it blood.
Though I know for sure that the worms will choke on the change agents who truly know what the deal is but do their "work" knowing full well what they serve. They, at least, knowing what they are doing, will not be begging for their pathetic lives when they are handed their verdict.

Edited by: Herzog Wolfhammer on 03/09/2009 16:41:33 Rather than just be dumb sheep and go on what CNN says (or what Fox News would say against what CNN says), this pastor is going to be a guest on Alex Jones' show today, infowars.com. Alex does not agree with what the pastor says, by the way.
If you just watch the CNN piece, they edited the sound bytes "just right".
So, in the pastors own words. Here is the chance to actually go and hear someone, in their own words, and decide for yourself.
Deciding for yourself - an obligatory act of responsibility that you have to freedom to do. Something hated by both prince and pope, kings and presidents. Try it out sometime. You might like it.

Nationalistic posting/nation bashing: Check Religion bashing: Check News organization bashing: Check Conspiracy theorists: Check Political bashing: Not yet Childish name calling and using the Ad hominid argument: Not yet Quote wars: Usually happens around page 3.
Looks like we've almost got ourselves a typical OOPE thread.

No one in this video segment even remotely threatened the president. What the pastor did was, say he will pray for the president to die. So, the secret service is now, fearful of prayer? Prayer is now a part of the "collective threat?" This is ridiculously funny.

Yeah, being a religious leader and praying for someone to die in front of potential zealots and extremists is a smart thing to do

Remember 2 things. Murder is a sin unless you do it in the name of God and if God tells you to do it personally then you are allowed to plead insanity in the court of law and be out in a couple of years.

Unless you originate from the middle east and are associated with groups that go to religious ceremonies that pray for the destruction of the US. Then you get locked up with no definitive date of release

Not in this state.. you still get convicted. Then you are sent to a Psychiatric Hospital for treatment and confined in with the other criminally insane for treatment. If you are cured... you THEN start your prison sentence. No lie, my father used to work in one of the hospitals (maintenance), as did my grandfather (Fire Marshall for the several state facilities on the grounds there), and we still have friends of the family working at one of them. Absolutely everything is subjective. |
