this is hella awesome, though some of the stuff can't be gotten ingame anymore, which makes it rather difficult.. but i guess for that kinda money, it should be

Nice idea but I don't think the insignias are in game other than maybe in entity's hangar..

I now have all but the 20th tier overseer's effects and 2 of the insignias, though I have a good lead on 1 of those, and I've still not quite worked out what I've got to pay my supplier for the Voucher...
I'm willing to work together with anyone who could acquire (warlord) Shaquil Dragat's insignia for the prize.
If someone has a 20th tier overseer's effects and doesn't think they'll be able to get the other items in time, I'll buy it off of you for 95m.
Also, it has come to my attention that I'm really in need of a proper signature. |

i can help on the voucher and the 20th tier (@ a cost , 9 bill) ..
and i gotta say i like the old bits more then isk ..

The voucher isn't a problem, nor are the overseer's affects, all I'm missing is Yeni Sarum's tag which, so far as I can tell, has not actually existed in the game since 2006

I received a lot of requests regarding the rare items, the good news I will keep the current required item and remove:
Foirtan voucher
shimon jaen insignia
Amarr navy fleet commander
shaqil insignia
Yeni Sarum insignia
I will add normal and easy to get items, Grendell will run the 20b contract from now.
Please Grendell reply here to confirm.

Confirming the post above is accurate.
This evening I will be removing the items ArmaX has requested me to, and adding a few other items to the list.
I will aslo be hosting a free event, with a very substantial prize pool courtesy of ArmaX. Keep your eyes open for that one aswell. It will take me quite some time to compile the full list.
