Can HACs enter all level 3 missions?
Is the NPC type encountered determined by region or corporation? Ie; I'm looking into doing missions for The Scope (Gallente faction) in Genesis. (Amarr space) Would I expect to encounter Serpentis or Sansha the majority of the time, or something else even?
However, on another note, I now have one of those annoying sigs. |

If it is the agent i think, I received a good number of Angel mission from him and some Serpentis. Not much Sansha.

Angel? Is it the agent in Huola? I thought Angel were in Minmatar space? D:

A) Yes
B) Corporation (or, more specifically, the faction their corp belongs to)
C) For the scope, you should expect most of your missions to be non-combat because I don't think they have many combat-heavy agent divisions. If you want rats to kill then go with a corp like Federation Navy or Federal Intelligence Office.
D) You will see the vast majortity of your combat agents against Serpentis. Occasionally, you will see a Mordus or Angel mission and practically no Sansha's and Guristas.

Speaking from personal experience of countless hours of running in Heorah for The Scope: You'll get plenty of combat missions. The level 4 missions were roughly 50/50 serpentis vs sansha/blood with the the occasional Angel thrown in.
From even more countless hours across all regions: Rats are region based. Work for a minmatar agent in gallente space and you'll get mostly serpentis instead of angels. Heorah/genesis is a border territory, hence the 50/50 mix.

- HACs can enter and btw they are an excellent choice for speed running l3s.
- my experience confirms what washell says. missions rats depend on the region you get the mission in, not the agent faction.

Not quite correct, it doesn't depend only on region. Region matters perhaps more then agent, but agent most definitely matters as well.
I used to run both Minnie and Caldari agents in Gallente territory. Minnie agent, 2 jumps over from the Caldari one, might even have been same constellation, gave a heck of a lot more Angel missions then the Caldari agent did.
When I was in Heorah, approx 1,5m LP worth of missions, I got very little Sansha, but a lot of Blood. Which was awesome, Bloods are much better then Sansha, because they don't TD nearly as much.

And he give me more missions against Angels than against Serpentis. I would say about 2 Angels for each Serpentis mission.
Luckily he give very few misisons against Amarr.
