Screwing around with Nullsec Carebears - Good ship to use?

I fly around and none of the bother to engage me. I've decided that I want to screw around with them. I was thinking of flying around in a cloaky ship and carry around some warp disruptor bubbles to anchor at their sanctums/belts in a blockade runner alt. I would place the bubbles on all their sanctums and belts and then sit in their system and sometimes go afk for a few days. What is a good cloaky ship to kill ratting ships?

It doesn't take a bot to see a neut in system and dock up because we don't feel like getting jumped in our PVE ships. Support showing T2 and faction frequency crystal damage in the info window. Get something fast to scout/tackle (i did enjoy arty dram this one can even solo some targets, or stiletto if they fit heavy neuts) than bring your alt in a sensor dampening bomber with extra dps.

Throw a cloak on there to sit AFK in system and see how it does. You should be able to kill tengues with it with little effort. Not sure if rats still drop cap charges or not but I used to roam around and when getting low on cap charges just check a few rat wrecks and you could stock back up again.

Sure, you'll probably your bomber to anybody with a somewhat competent pvp/pve hybrid fit, but the occasional loot pinata with no drones would make it all worth it. OrangeAfroMan The Pro Choice Exodus. 1	Posted - 2012.06.12 10:23:00 - [27] - Quote I've used a number of ships and tactics for greifing nullsec players over the years, one of my favorites is a cloaking Broadsword or shield Phobos - wait cloaked on a gate they travel frequently and pick off easy targets. More recently I've been using an Ishtar with Improved Cloak. It was a shield fit nano Ishtar with a 30km point for holding battleships, but I've recently retired it in favor of an Arazu. This is the fit I've been running - haven't gotten to test it too much yet though: 3x Heavy Neutron Blaster II, Covert Ops Cloak Experimental 10mn MWD, Large Shield Extender II, Large Ancillary Shield Booster (150 charges or Navy 150s), Adaptive Invuln II, Stasis Web II, Warp Scambler II Damage Control II, 3x Magnetic Field Stabilizer II 3x Hammerhead II, 2x Hobgoblin II Does 527 DPS overheated, tanks 395 DPS with LASB heated, and has 23k EHP. Much better DPS and tank than a Pilgrim, and trust me, you want to kill your targets quickly. It will die to strong bait, but so will 99% of solo ships out there.

You've clearly never roamed nullsec, or aren't threatening. Because Local chat updates instantly, everybody in system can get docked/cloaked/POSed before any ship can ever catch them. AFK cloaking is literally the only way to kill some nullsec residents. The other (more fun) way is to fight their blobs, but that requires them to grow a pair and undock, which is rare.
