They need to be triple the size, Motherships double and more expensive to make (Titans).

I think it's because not that many people actually fly Titans and a lot of people don't like being DD'd. There was a same lack of response when Interdictors got nerfed unnecessarily hard, as relatively few pilots can fly them but a lot of people hate being bubbled (even when they obviously do benefit from it with a dictor in gang, but that's too hard to think about)

Considering it's what half the community has been screaming about for over one year, it comes as no big surprise.
Still, the devil's in the details... how many DDD blasts will it take to down a Dread/Carrier/Mothership/Titan ? How will it fire, with charges like a big gun with huge RoF delay, or pretty much the same as now, using up "fuel" ? Will it still render the Titan slightly more vulnerable, or will they eliminate that ? How exactly will that radically change anything if you have a fleet of Titans full of those things with a truckload of smartbombs in the rest of the highslots ? Will the "cap-killer" ships stand any chance against THAT ? What tech-level will those ships be, expensive T1 variantions of a battlecruiser, or maybe a high-end cruiser, or will they be T2 variations of either one ? How will they effectiveness (AND MATERIAL COST, if T2, or maybe T3?) affect the market ? And so on and so forth...

I'm pretty sure the reason people are not really complaining is because hardly anyone flies a titan and hardly anyone cares about titans because other than dd they suck and take forever to train for plus they cost alot and the player or players responsible for it have to babysit it 24/7.

People mainly post when they're ****ed off about something. Apart from a few titan pilots and some unlucky investors I imagine everyone is happy to hear about this well overdue change to a ****ty mechanic.
