Why caldari t2 cruisers do not have their shield EM hole fixed while minmatar ships, the only ones except caldari that are suppose to be able shield tanking have ?

EM damage is done a lot less than therm or kinetic, what's your point.

I tend to use Gorilla Glue in place of Nanite paste, good stuff.

I disagree - EM is main damage type for Amarr, it is thermal and explosive that are done lot less.
Gallente and Ammar t2 cruisers also have their expl-hole fixed, Minmatar too, as I pointed earlier.
My point : what's the reason of this obvious discrimination ? Why EM = I win button against ANY Caldari ship ?
For first time I think CCP really hates Caldari

Luckily caldari are on friendly terms with amarr so the EM hole is a less of a problem.

Actually gallente t2 ships have a glaring explosive hole where it counts, in the armor resists. Also minmatar t2 resists aren't too friendly to armor tanking either, considering you actually have both explosive and kinetic holes to cover, although there's only few ships that really suffer from this due to not being able to shield tank intead.

The reason is obvious if you think about if for a second: each race has t2 resist bonuses fit against it's enemy faction. Hence, minmatar gets em/therm resists (typical amarr damage profile) while caldari gets therm/kinetic resists (typical gallente damage profile).
