Well, to throw in my bit then:
1. CA
2. FA
3. SA
4. PA
5. TPS
CA is just massive and pretty good at that. Tho my experience form being both in Ca and an enemy of CA teaches me CA is not the pinnacle of top leadership just yet. Still, CA is the biggest and most notable force in Eve at this time bar none.
Pity they didn't have any decent agenda ever when i was there.
Killing for the killing only gets boring too.
FA is at teh nr.2 spot cause SA's been a little quiet lately, and well, they do have all that isk after all. Militairy wise they wouldnt scare any halfdecent alliance tho. Which is my personal opinion only of course.
SA at nr3 cause i put FA at nr2 this time. Get back into the spotlight guys and take that nr2 spot back.
PA, PA has most probabaly the most active and determined enemy availiable at its throat at the moment. They are certainly going down, slowly, but deserve a mention for being able to hold out this long, even if in bad form sometimes. Thus: PA nr4. in this little list.
TPS deserves a mention not cause they are uber, big or have proven themselves but because they seem to have the right spirit to become something strong. At least, now that they've gotten rid of those GN tossers.
XIF would deserve a mention if not for the fact its destined to crumble soon.

You're corp especially have gone through alot of changes during this war, have fought often (at the start not so much with TPS being a threat to UNICOR) but not nearly as much as BOB have fought. evol have been in branch for quite a while and have been on the offensive against PA all the time, and are the only large corp during this war to do so (along with RKK and m0o later on).
You should watch your motuh though Squeee, dont go making enemies for your corp when you definatly dont need to.

Been there, done that. You dont matter anymore. Frankly, not really worth the 60 odd jumps it would take us.
