The alliance has been up and running for 75 days. We are finally opening our doors for coporation recruitment. As many of you know, our standards are high but at the same time fair. Let's talk details!
Corporation Requirements:
 Active corporation participating in mandatory operations.
Majority of the corporation should be able to field tech 2 large gun/missiles.
Very strong leadership, team first, alliance first attitude.
Low member turn over ratio, stability is crucial. We're building a tight knit group, not a zerg alliance.
Being able to spontaneously purchase assets for the betterment of the alliance.
Ventrilo activity has to be at 100%.
Financially independent, we don't want leeches.
What we offer:
Daily gang pvp which include empire war decs, low-sec roams, 0.0 roams.
Alliance members that are willing to die for each other.
Stable founding corporation
Multiple field commanders who are the best in the business.
Exremely aggressive pvp'ers
Top notch pilots with years of experience in all facets of EVE.
Contract ISK is split between members based on killmail activity.
Organized detailed operations. IE: Assault Frigates and Curses, RR battleships, High damage Battleships, Force recons. There is always a theme behind our operations.
Great personality, this goes under the radar in most alliances, our goal is to have fun. That means we don't care about efficiency.
Leadership that listens to their members, not just directors.
Equal pull in the alliance, no corp holds more weight then others.
Ventrilo, Website, active forums.
You get to make fun of vik (don't worry if you don't know who he is...you will when you join)

We have a corp joining us this week and another possible corp coming in. I'm going to keep us relatively small, make the step forward and contact us.

Be a force in EVE, join an alliance worth a ****. Leave behind politics and enjoy EVE the way it was designed to be played. I will tell you right now, there is no other alliance in this game that has stones big as us. Outnumbered? Big deal, more targets. Killboards for proof, enjoy EVE again...you deserve it.

TFS is lead by an intelligent, motivated officer corps. Its members are committed to the ideas of teamwork and self-sacrifice for the greater good. The alliance is proactive in pursuing its goals and is not simply another run-of-the-mill PVP meat grinder.
