I'm wanting to do some recording, but i don't want the cursor to be in the way. I know how to hide the hud, but the cursor is still there. Is there anyway to get rid of it?

Move your cursor to the bottom of the screen and it will be gone

Ctrl-Tab is what you are looking for.

moving it to the bottom of the screen only lets me move the camera up when i'm looking around, and ctrl+tab doesn't get rid of it

On a PC it's CTRL+F9
Not sure what it is on a MAC.

Alt + F4 it will make it all go away

Using FRAPS.
Go to the Movies tab and check the "No Cursor" Box
It will still be there on your screen but when you look @ the recording it will be gone .
