No idea what the connection is to frog farming, Not sure where I picked up on it but it means his own master in Latin which I thought was cool.
Sort of - 'of one's own laws' i think is the actual translation, but yeah, it implies sovereignty - interestingly, it also essentially means someone who is competent enough to sue or be sued without legal counsel. In a court of law, anyone who is defended by an attorney is automatically assumed to be non-sui juris, or essentially incompetent.
The frog farmer was someone who posted (a long time ago!) information on gopher about how a US citizen can regain full siu juris status.

III. Navy Tier 1 Battleships:
Tier 1 battleships now have navy versions with new skins thanks to our Art department. These will be obtainable through Factional Warfare LP stores (and only through them) with 150k LPs, nexus chips and the proper base hull version.
Faction Warfare LP only, not sure if you are faction warfare or not but that is what is needed. Oh and if you think i made it up copy and paste this

they can't stop you trading it, if anything, just eject from it in space, same way they trade motherships... chribba etc

I am certain like ALL other FW LP store only items, I will be able to contract them, there is no reason this should not be the case. So well I do appreciate the free bumps I do not forsee ANY problems with trading these via contracts.

Confirmed order number now at 23, Current rate seems to be 1-2 order per day a rate which my team has no trouble keeping up with. So once again, delivery still appears to be on schedule for those that have ordered so far, and will likely be on schedule for future orders as well.

We should be able to deliver, Patch day is still 2 months away estimated, but I can grind that much by end of october myself, and I'm working with 2 other suppliers. Delivery is on schedule and I will let everyone know if I have to delay delivery for any reason. Its only 4.5 mil LP.
