Titans are supposed to be massive battle platforms, the center of a fleet, not a hit and run smart bomb. Titans are the biggest ships in the game multiple miles long .... why on earth would a ship 18 miles long (leviathan) be devoid of any guns. This **** about fitting 6 large smart bombs a cloak and a mega smart bomb has to stop. It demeans titans and makes them a joke. Just like black ops ships differ from regular battleships by having a fuel bay lets make the titan differ from other ships. Its the only ship thats 18 freakin miles long!!! Why should it be limited to >8 weapons.... its ludicrous. I suggest the titan be able to mount multiple weapons of multiple sizes, and a maximum of 1 smart bomb to deal with drones. I suggest 6-8 small weapons 6-8 medium weapons 6-8 large weapons and then 5-7 XL weapons and 1 XXL weapon. They should be able to have siege module that has three scrips. One that Allows the titan to use its XXL weapon to inflict massive amounts of damage to a cap or something very large something that could do the damage of a dd but over the course of a minute or two with the same targeting as a normal siege module causes. A second script that makes it put out the damage multiplier that sieged dreads get but with 1.5-2x the tracking 2x the scan res and 2x the targets (That sieged dreads get). Then a final siege script for mopping up support fleets that gives regular weapons 625% damage but 50% tracking so they can quickly mop up webbed enemies. Maybe give it up to 10 slots for tanks opposed to 8. Maybe give it twice the ehp and now what do you have. You have a massive battle platform that is the center of any dread fleet for pos/station/cap fights. Plus it would add some skill to the titan, instead of warping in blowing their load faster then a virgin and gtfo'ing they need to stick around and consider their combat tactics which scrip should I run OMG I actually have to listen to target callers rather then just spamming warp.

I think the titan would be much more effective if you could fit a wall of text cannon, diving them into comprehensible posts. Oh, and a 95% role deduction to time between posts.

Titans are big.
Big things should be able to end all creatures great and small.
I want titans to fit XXL/XL/L/M/S guns with stupid boosts to let them instapop everything from frigs to dreads.
Fleet battles should be decided only by the number of titans each side can spam. Noone else needs to turnup.

Even if it was a good idea, which it's not, it wouldn't be possible as there's a hardcode on the number of highs/mids/lows you can have.
Unless you want to give the titan a 800% damage bonus to each weapon group. ;s |

a bit late for the request now that it's already out that doomsdays get converted to massive damage single-target weapon in the next expansion.
soon enough there'll be no more warpin-doomsday-warpout-cloak
